Unlike typical outsourcing agencies, they offer a highly structured setup where VAs work from a professional office, backed by reliable infrastructure and managed support. Their promise is simple: take admin off your plate, without the cost, hassle, or risk of hiring locally.
The Challenge
The client’s original website focused mainly on staff benefits like healthcare and bonuses, but failed to clearly show what clients actually gain. It missed the mark with time-poor business owners overwhelmed by admin and unsure where to find reliable help.
Through our discovery session, it became clear that the real value—time savings, reliability, and simplicity—needed to be front and centre. Their unique office-based setup, backed by IT support and backup internet, wasn’t being highlighted. Simple, risk-free pricing was buried, and testimonials weren’t being used to build trust.
My goal was to create a landing page that spoke directly to clients, built trust fast, and converted interest into booked calls.

I created a conversion-focused landing page that speaks directly to business owners, highlighting how Smart Online Staff helps them reclaim their time with reliable, low-stress support. The messaging was reframed around client outcomes, not staff benefits, and clearly explains what makes the service different—office-based VAs, flat pricing in AUD, and no lock-in contracts.
Real client quotes, practical task examples, and a simple step-by-step process help build trust and show how easy it is to get started. The tone stays human and direct, cutting out jargon to focus on what matters: trustworthy help, clear costs, and a hassle-free experience.
