Video

Video production has been a long-standing creative passion of mine. From an early age, I was captivated by the craft and have since refined my skills in professional cameras, sound design, and lighting. Alongside my work in design, I’ve had the opportunity to shoot and edit video content for a variety of clients, bringing stories to life through motion. Here’s a selection of the projects I’ve worked on.

About

This project documented the inaugural American Airlines flight from Brisbane to Dallas, with Swissport managing ground and customer services on behalf of AA. Capturing this milestone event provided a unique opportunity to go airside and gain insight into the inner workings of the airport.

I handled the entire production process—from filming and conducting interviews to editing the final video. Using a Canon R6 Mark II paired with a DJI Ronin gimbal and a RØDE VideoMic kit, I ensured smooth, high-quality visuals and clear audio. The final piece highlighted the behind-the-scenes efforts of Swissport’s team, as well as the excitement surrounding the launch of this new route.

During a complex merger, I took the lead in producing a video at the LGIAsuper head office, overseeing all aspects of production and logistics. My responsibilities included setting up sound, lighting, camera, and teleprompter equipment. The project was particularly demanding due to the intricacies of equipment transport and the strict shooting schedule I managed.

About

LGIAsuper commissioned a video to celebrate International Women’s Day, highlighting the voices of women across the organisation. Working within a limited budget, I planned and filmed a series of interviews exploring what the day meant to them personally and professionally. I also handled the editing and post-production, later creating shorter social media versions to extend the reach of the campaign and maintain its impact across platforms.

About

Wounded Heroes Australia commissioned a short social media campaign to raise awareness of veteran homelessness. The video followed a veteran who had personally experienced homelessness after leaving the Defence Force, capturing a social experiment that revealed how differently people responded to him when dressed as a homeless man versus in his uniform. I handled the filming, sound recording, editing, and voiceover commissioning, helping deliver a powerful and thought-provoking piece that highlighted the often unseen struggles faced by veterans.

About

During COVID, I decided to use the downtime to upskill — diving into After Effects and motion graphics, with a particular focus on data visualisation. I wanted to learn how to make information feel dynamic and engaging through movement and visual storytelling. The following videos are the result of an online course I completed to build those skills and explore how motion can bring clarity and energy to complex data.
